Real Estate For Sale!

July 17, 2010

For anyone in Kansas City or the surrounding area (or someone who wants to move) this little gem of a house is now for sale in Liberty!

Built in 1895, this beautiful historic home within walking distance to the quaint liberty square has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, high ceilings, intricate window molding, original hardwood flooring, living room, family room, kitchen, back deck, 2 car garage and unfinished basement.

The house, for sale by owner, is listed at $149,950 which I feel is very reasonable. :)

This is where Barber and I have been living/working this summer…. we've scrubbed, cleaned, organized, moved, loaded, dumped, landscaped, polished, planted, sanded, painted and yelled (only a few times) to get it in shining order!

You may have noticed the two front doors…. Here's a view of the room inside the left door which then opens up into the "living room."

The two doors you see at the back of the living room lead to the kitchen.

We don't have a picture of the master bedroom (whoops!) or the bathroom. The next picture is the room directly inside the front door on the right side. It connects to the bathroom and the other front room.

Hopefully you get an idea! If anyone is interested in more information or scheduling a time to come see the house you can contact me through the comments section!
